- Avoid and manage stress well.

- Routine physical activity, such as walking, aerobics, or sport that can relax the body like yoga.

- Sleeping on time each day.

- Avoid headache triggers, such as foods containing MSG and artificial sweeteners, smoked fish, fermented foods, smells pungent, smoke, noise, glare and excessive heat or cold.

Headaches that occur in early pregnancy is normal, but you should be wary if this condition occurs late in pregnancy. Headaches that occur late in pregnancy may be a sign that you are experiencing serious health conditions, such as high blood pressure or preeclampsia.

If left untreated, the condition is at risk of developing into preeclampsia, a condition that could interfere with the development of babies in the womb and the mother giving birth process. Immediately contact your doctor if headaches during pregnancy has not been abated or worse.
