- To prevent swelling of the throat, avoid eating cold food and drinks.
- Taking the drug as it has given doctors.
- Tell your doctor or medical personnel if you are going to undergo surgery to prevent the onset of allergic symptoms of cold in the operating room.
- Prior exposure to cold weather, it is advisable to take an antihistamine.
- Protect your skin from the temperature dropped dramatically or cold weather.
