For some peoples, taking pills supplement could have been a daily routine. Sometimes, this kind of consumption patterns appear to benefit, but not infrequently also supplements do not work as expected.

1. Folic acid

2. Vitamin E


Research conducted in 2008 in the USA suggests that vitamin E may increase the risk of lung cancer, particularly in women smokers. In addition, some drugs also should not be consumed together with this vitamin. So, consult your doctor.












3. Beta carotene


Some scientific research, one of which has been published in Canceractive site, reveals that excessive consumption and a prolonged period of beta carotene supplements may increase the risk of cancer and liver toxicity.

Mursu, PhD, who led the research, said the results of this research may not be the same as the male respondents. Mursu explained, supplements should only be done if we have a history of previous vitamin deficiency or are not sure if our daily diet is appropriate health standards.
