You can use shampoo, moisturizer and all kinds of high-priced care products to get the hair appear shiny. However, to get a real healthy hair, you can only be on the inside that is from what you eat every day.

Experts say, a balanced diet and healthy is the beginning of a strong and lustrous hair.

1. Protein
